Like any first date, we need to make sure there is chemistry.
During this in person 1.5 hour design consultation, we learn more about you, your project scope, ideas, needs and budget while making sure your expectations and timelines are aligned and realistic.

We do a detailed site measure and have an in depth discussion with you.
We explore deeper in this phase as we get to know more about your wants and needs. Careful documentation is made to ensure every element, existing and new works with your design scheme.

design development
This is where the fun happens as our creative juices start flowing.
Exploring different design schemes and layouts as well as furniture, décor and finish options. The sky is the limit during this phase as we explore all the wonderful possibilities for your home!

Your entire design is crafted with precision and visual clarity.
Your design scheme is visualized with clear and focused expectations. Drawings, materials, furniture, trades and budget are detailed thoroughly with 3D visuals and timelines.

Our team handles all the heavy lifting for a stress-free and smooth project.
We handle the heavy lifting for a stress-free renovation. This isn't our first rodeo, so we manage every detail from orders and deliveries to trade coordination while providing regular progress updates.
