We had the pleasure of working with an amazing client that pushed us to think outside the box in order to check off her requests and maximize the use of her home while using pops of earthy pink complimented with purple and green accents throughout.

Our strategy was to start in the Living Room with a large, deep sofa/chaise combo opposite a wide media unit with tons of storage. The two large pieces are complemented by smaller side tables, accents, and grounded by a generous area rug allowing the space to feel bigger. Ideal for spending a night in watching T.V or hosting friends.

Modern Floating Bar Table

We went with a counter height round table to work with the “L” shaped kitchen that doubles up as extra counter space for prepping larger dinners. Our client also requested a bar cart which we found impossible to achieve since the footprint was too large to accommodate and would have constantly been in the way. Our solution was to wall mount a very shallow, but long wall unit along the hallway to display wine bottles, liqueur and bar accessories while also having a surface to prep drinks that kept the limited kitchen counter space free when entertaining.

Contemporary Chic Bedroom

The bedroom, although tight, was designed to feel light and airy. We managed to fit a queen bed quite comfortably with end tables on either side opposite some narrow storage. A painted wall detail mimics paneling that frames the end tables and bed perfectly.

The Den proved to be a tricky room that needed to serve as both an office and bedroom for the occasional overnight guest. We went with an “L” Shaped desk with uppers, both open and closed to maximize storage and give the opportunity to showcase some of her personality. We chose a lounger that pulls out into a single bed and made sure that the accent furniture we chose throughout the condo was small in footprint and lightweight. It had to possess the versatility to move around as required and serve several functions.

In addition to a smart layout, we installed smart switches, plugs and google products creating a fun, interactive and perfectly synced space for our client’s busy life that she is proud to call home.

Our Client's Testimonial

This 2020 was a fresh start for me, all the way down to the espresso spoon. As I was excited, let’s face it, It can be overwhelming undertaking a home project. There’s so many decisions to be made. I have a demanding job, and knew doing this on my own would be taking away from valuable time. The space is also small and needed a strategic eye. I gave Luca and Vinh some inspirations I loved to give a feeling of what I was looking for, and never looked back. They provided great design sense, attention to detail from lighting and furniture placement to fabric choice and color palettes… and those gentle nudges to help me think outside the box. They also helped with home essentials i.e. kitchen, bath, laundry, utility, closet organization and made the space fun and interactive with connecting and setting up google home products and other home entertainment. And as for budget, it’s expensive starting over. They kept me in line, and really knew how to get the best value out of what I could spend without compromising the look, feel and quality of design. Luca and Vinh were patient, understanding and such a pleasure to work with. Because of them, I’m enjoying my space a lot sooner and so proud to call it home. Thank you both for making this a great experience!
