"A clean and crisp palette was used for this entire renovation of a townhome for a young couple about to start a family."

Argento Project located in Vaughan was a complete gut and required us to relocate several appliances and fixtures to create a more optimal, functional layout. Originally, the stove and dishwasher in the kitchen were side by side which made no sense. We centred the oven to the kitchen and moved the dishwasher to the right side of the sink for a more utilitarian footprint when cooking and cleaning.

Argento’s living room also did not function well as there was a gas fireplace on an angle in the corner of the room. We removed the fireplace and created a more symmetrical media wall that housed storage and opportunities to display personal decor items.

A large custom sofa with matching ottomans provided the flexibility for the couple to put their feet up when watching a movie alone and also double up as a coffee table or extra seating when entertaining friends and family. This also provides the opportunity for an unobstructed direct circulation route through the foyer, living room and kitchen.

The ensuite was completely redone by ripping out the tub and installing a larger stand up shower in its place. We removed the old, very small stand up shower and put in a double vanity for more storage and counter space.
