No purchase is necessary to enter the Level Studio New Year’s Giveaway. The act of entering the Sweepstakes constitutes acceptance of the Sweepstakes Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor outlined below:
SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes Sponsor and organizer is Level Studio Inc.
Entrants of the Sweepstakes must do the following:

To enter and to be eligible to win, entrants must be a legal resident of Canada and 18 years of age or older. (Excluding Quebec residents)
There will be one winner. The winner will receive a 2 hour in person design consultation with 2 registered interior designers at a space of the winner’s choosing within Toronto, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Mississauga, Brampton, Scarborough and Markham, Ontario, Canada. Prize must be accepted as awarded. The Prize may not be sold, transferred and is not convertible to cash. Sweepstakes sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize in whole or in part in the event that all or any component of the Prize is unavailable.
The Sweepstakes will take place from 12:00 pm ET December 21, 2022 and run for 2 weeks. On or after January 4, 2023 at approximately 4:00 pm. ET, a random draw will take place among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning the Prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Level Studio Inc, acting reasonably, will attempt to contact the potential winner by direct message on their Instagram or Facebook account within two (2) business days after the draw. In the event the potential winner cannot be contacted within 2 business days after the draw, they will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be drawn. Proof of identification must be provided upon request.
All entries are subject to verification. Sweepstakes Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sweepstakes Sponsor) to participate in the Sweepstakes. The signed form must be received by the Sponsor within 48 hours of notification or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant. Failure to provide such proof in a timely manner may result in disqualification.
By submitting an entry (e.g., text, post etc.) into this Sweepstakes, you understand and agree that the Sponsor, any individual acting on the Sponsor’s behalf, and the licensees successors, and assigns of the Sponsor shall, where permitted by law, have the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute and use in any media known now or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, worldwide, and without limitation, your submission, name, photo, portrait, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Level Studio New Year’s Giveaway and your biographical information for news, publicity, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, information, and public relations without any further notice, review, consent, compensation, or remuneration.
The Sponsor and their suppliers are not liable for lost or stolen entries or inability to process entries, social media downtime, and inability to contact the selected winner.
